Yes!  The full expanded line-up of basic cable channels is included in your rent.

Yes!   Parking is available with a permit at no charge.

Yes!  Each town home is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Our maintenance staff provides normal maintenance on a daily basis as well as after hour’s emergency maintenance.  You may request maintenance service by e-mail, by calling the office, or in person at the leasing office and after hours emergency maintenance by calling our emergency maintenance phone.

Yes, we have a payment option specifically for financial aid.

Yes, Hillcrest & Country Place Townhouses will assist you in finding roommates.

Hillcrest & Country Place use a professional security company whose vehicle patrols the property each evening from 8pm to 4am, are physically on site Thursday through Saturday from 8pm to 4am and available 24/7 through their dispatch center.
